FOUR BASIC GROUNDS
In which inner evil tends to grow causing sin and failure;
DISTRACTION—ACCUSATION—RESENTMENT—BITTERNESS
This is a word of commission to those who would receive the Holy Spirit.
Further, it is a word about ministering to people who struggle with sin.
The Lord Jesus gives us hope in a Word he spoke after His resurrection.
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as My Father hath sent Me (literally, "just exactly as My Father hath sent Me), even so send I you. And when he had said this, He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
