Dear Friends,

Right off, I want you to know that he have not slowed down. We are still here.  In fact, we’re going at it faster than ever. We’ve been putting out a booklet each month in the Watching A Year of Healing-2008 Series. They’re not just “prayer-starter” booklets. They also contain a message, not only relevant to our monthly focus but to the days we live in. I believe those who are receiving them are being blessed. I know we are. I wish we were able to send them to everyone but we are having to limit them to those who request them. If you are able to contribute to their cost it is much appreciated. If you are not able, well... we want you to have them anyway.

We have had a delay in making the CD’s to go along with them because of an equipment failure. We now have that equipment back up and operational so we are working to catch up. It might take a while but our goal is to have an audio recording for every “prayer-starter” for every day of the year. We hope to have them available soon for download on our website.

Please keep in mind that we do not have a large staff here to help. There are just three of us. There are so many things we want to do to make this material more available to more people. Please pray the Lord would give us guidance and sustenance to fulfill this calling.

Henry Washington and I just spent twenty-six days on the road in ministry—from Georgia, up through New Jersey and New York, then down into Virginia. We could have stayed on much longer. There’s a great deal of hunger out there along with a sense of urgency and desperation. Our hearts are stirred to forge ahead.

I think the greatest revelation along the way was what the Lord quickened to us about the resurrection. We had the privilege of spending the Easter weekend with Honey’s Child Ministries in New Jersey. Sunday morning we went into the auditorium to worship. And that we did! For at least an hour there was nothing but praising, shouting and singing unto the Lord. Scriptures were projected on the front walls, one after the other, about shouting unto Him with the voice of triumph, singing praises with a loud voice, making known His triumph over the enemy.

Some people might have been offended at such exuberance in worship, but I believe the Lord was very pleased. I’ll tell you one thing: there was no clock guiding us! Oh, that the people of the Lord might come to know what is ours in the resurrection! Shouting would go on around the world, around the clock.

When things quietened down a little, I shared what Paul teaches us by use of his “together with” words. Everything, I believe, was recorded in that meeting. I hope to be able to share it with you soon.

But, even if we cannot send you the CD of the meeting, you can have your own—at any time. There is one thing for certain. Our acknowledgement of the resurrection IS NOT to be confined to one day in the year.

I’m not sure what we can get done in the months ahead. We’re pushed to the extreme limit of human capability as it is. So, just know that whatever we do in the time ahead will have to come out of the resources of the heavenlies.

As we have less here, we are giving more abroad. We’re doing all we can to help Peter Wanjala in Uganda. Presently, he is in Kenya to meet with some Pastors and leaders teaching them what we’ve laid out in our book, “The Value of Tongues.” The cost of postage is astronomical to get the material to them, but we bit the bullet and sent them a big box. Peter is enthusiastic about spreading abroad all the information we can get to him. He especially likes the small monthly editions which he can give to people when he travels. He will read them to people on the transportation vehicles and then give copies to the people. They’re all hungry to receive of His Word. In fact we just received a letter from him requesting 100 more of The Value of Tongues and 100 copies of Putting off the Old Man as well as some Study Bibles for the pastors and some Bibles for distribution.

Peter was there when I first taught about “The Secrets of God’s Kingdom as Revealed In Ephesians.” Years later he is still spreading that word. He is the Ugandan Pastor I speak of in the enclosed article. It seems the more difficulties we face here, the more we are convicted to push out among the nations.

About twenty-five years ago I worked with a young man in the Philippines named Rudy Semblante. It was our plan to continue working with him but, with Glenda’s attacks from cancer, plus other hindrances, that was put on hold and I regrettably lost contact with Rudy.

One day, a couple months ago, a lady called from Oregon, saying, “Brother Corley, you don’t know me, but my husband and I have been working with Rudy Semblante in the Philippines. My husband is 95 and I am 85 years old so we’re having to slow down now but Rudy asked if we could get in touch with you.” I was thrilled to hear from her and contacted Rudy right away.

While we were on the 26-day trip, he was continually in my heart and mind. I wanted to get home and start recording CD’s for Pastors along the line of what is laid out in “The Manual for Pastors.” This follows the theme presented by Paul in his Thessalonian Epistles. But, when we arrived back in Elk Park I was faced with the recording equipment that wouldn’t record. Oh, how the enemy attacks on any grounds he can.

I was weary from the trip and disappointed and frustrated with the equipment so I had some severe attacks of discouragement. And then one night about 3:00 A.M. the monster of depression began banging at my door. I could see the thing. It looked as big and horrendous as some dinosaur. But, I made an instant declaration to it, telling it to be gone in the Name of Jesus. The understanding of what took place when the Father raised Jesus from the dead was fresh in my heart and mind. That demon had no way of remaining into me.

Not many days after that, a frantic letter arrived from Rudy Semblante’s wife telling of his sudden illness. They had to rush him to the hospital, but he could not be admitted because they had no money or insurance. However he needed to be admitted to the hospital for treatment.

After a restless night praying, claiming the power of the resurrection in behalf of Rudy, the Lord impressed me to send him the money needed by the hospital, even though we did not seem to have it.  The Lord put it heavily on my heart to reach into my personal account and send him the full amount needed.

Rudy is recovering now and the recording equipment is working. So, who can tell what God will do next! Even though finances are scarce and the situation seems, at times, daunting, there is an overwhelming sense of urgency in our hearts. We cannot stop, we cannot slow down. Quite to the contrary we are to push forward in the face of impossibilities, into living out of the heavenlies.

Meanwhile, we continue to receive tremendous love and encouragement from behind prison walls. I don’t know if any of you can really know what they mean to us. They not only push us but they pull us into the heavenlies as many there are learning to live out those infinite resources.

These letters are not only for us, they are for you because we certainly not do what we do without the extension of this body. We love you all, we thank you all and we pray for you all. Please keep us in your prayers and in your hearts as we push on into His resources.

In the love of Jesus, Susanna Corley, and our little Berean family,
reaching farther than we ever imagined...
