Dear Friends,

We want to thank all of you who have responded to our cry for help, as also God has responded with a life sustaining peace in the midst of calamities. We love and appreciate all of you and pray for you daily. Even though we seek his guidance and direction in all that we do, in many ways we miss the mark and make mistakes. That is why we lean on Him for His mercy and His grace to sustain us. We hope that you will have an extra measure of patience with us and pray for our guidance, strength, sustenance, but most of all Knowledge of His Will.

Even though my dad is unable to travel much anymore, he is doing well… most of the time. We have been putting so much into our “prayer-starter” books this year, along with the Ephesians booklets and recording as much as he can. This all keeps him pretty busy. He sends his love to all of you. He has recorded a message for you along with an introduction to Ephesians, so if you have not received that, make sure to place your order.

Oh, how the world seems to have changed in the last month. Things have shifted, but many things going on around us seem familiar, don't they? How much has been taught us in preparation for these days. Many of the songs we used to sing keep coming to mind. One of them comes from…

Psalm 2:1-8 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

Thank you, God, for your promises...

I must confess that I have been a bit distracted with the goings on around us. Fear has tried to grasp hold of my spirit, but when I try to imagine the worst possible outcome, my heart is overcome with joy. It's unlike any joy I've ever felt before, though. It could almost bring me to my knees in the awful wonderfulness of it. Could it be? That the time is upon us? I know many of you are asking the same question. Not many of us have seen the spirits of anti-Christ stepping forth in such boldness. But, we know it has been encroaching upon us for some time now. We might wonder... Why hasn't man learn from previous uprisings of this evil spirit? But, we know why, because the evil one will only meet his complete defeat on one incredible day, at the Parousía of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 24:37-39 For as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming (parousía) of the Son of man be.... They were eating and drinking, marrying.. .until the flood came…

We have been learning and preparing ourselves for these times of trouble for years now. In order to live as children of the Kingdom we must live transparent lives in the light. We must turn from iniquity, as it will also shine as a beacon for the spirits that seek to destroy us. Turn the enemy from our camp, our hearts. Do not let your hearts be overcome with fear. Our strength, our power, our righteousness, is not in this world, in this country, our bank accounts or even our homes, it is in Him. Draw into Him and be bold in proclaiming the truth.

2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

The troubles we are going through must push us deeper into the light of His Glory and Grace... As the darkness becomes more powerful the gray areas are beginning to fade; the light is separating from the darkness all around us. The ONLY thing we have to guide us is His Word and His Will. But, we must be able to hear His voice and know His will. Not just in our minds, but in our hearts. And we must be willing to submit to His will. The simplicity of His commands is clear. Chase everything out of your life that would distract you from His full purpose being realized. This is the only way we will be able to stand and be a beacon in the darkness. There is no more wiggle room. There is no more time.

Joshua 24:15 ...choose you this day whom ye will serve; ... but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

It is hard to imagine that so many are deceived by this present darkness. Let this be a call to us to proclaim the truth of His Word, His Glory. Not the feel good Christianity that is being gobbled up by the masses… a plastic and artificial forgery of the light, but the truth of His Word. He never promised us big beautiful homes and fine cars, healthy bank accounts and 401K's.

Romans 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

He promised us light and salvation and victory. Let us walk in that. Let our peace and our strength come from Him, not the stability of the financial markets or even our president or the constitution that we think protects us. He protects us. His Word guides us in the midst of darkness. It could very well be time for His judgment to fall on our nation. We all know the dark path it has taken for many years now while we have relished in the blessings of the land and blended in with the darkness.

Psalm 27:1-2 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

We have idolized our nation, the constitution, the flag we salute. We have rested in the security that those things have given us. But He has told us that these things will fall away. He has also told us that this falling away will push us into His Glory and His Light, His Spirit. It will purify us and strengthen us for the battle ahead. There will come a time when we will have nothing left but His promises. We will soon come to the full realization that His Promises are Everything.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

He also promised of another falling away that would come. That many would be deceived. They are weak because they have been promised a lie, plain and simple. I’m not talking about the liberals who want to radicalize our government, I am talking about people who love the Lord and want His will in their lives. They will be led astray because they are not prepared. They will feel deceived when the truth becomes known. And it will become apparent at some point that they are not going to escape the trouble that has been forewarned. We often remain silent about this teaching in order to fit in. But the time has come to be bold in proclaiming the truth.

2 Timothy 3:2-4 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables….

12,13 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

GLORY...GLORY...GLORY!!!

We have been praying the prayers of healing from The Discipline of Intercession for many years but this year has been different. As the order and direction for these prayers was laid out many years ago they seem to have more prevalence to this year than any of the others. As I began working on each book throughout this year it has amazed me each month how they are speaking to us, now, this time, these days. The scriptures we are looking at this month are taking on even more meaning and reality. These are the prayers we will pray until the end of this year. Could their timing be more perfect!? You might want to go ahead and commit this whole passage to memory, let it be written on your heart that you might be able to draw on it when fear or anxiety tries to overcome you.

COLOSSIANS 1:9-13
OCTOBER • 9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

NOVEMBER • 10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

DECEMBER • 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power,
unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.

It gives me chills! PRAISE GOD! Doesn't it make you want to SHOUT! GLORY!

The line in the sand is growing deeper and wider every day as the light is separating from the darkness. The time has come to decide whom we will serve. Things have changed. Priorities are shifting. My own purpose is becoming more intense and defined. Search, discover, examine and find the connection your heart seeks with God.

We used to sing this one, too...

Ephesians 1:9,10 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

It is perhaps the most amazing sentence ever written. It runs from verse 3 through verse 14 of Ephesians 1.)

NOW, FOR A LITTLE BUSINESS: I am working hard to get our e-mail list up and running. We need to use every resource we have to reach as many as we can, and to do it with as much financial diligence as possible. In fact I have finally gotten the sign up sheet for our e-mail list to work properly. We want to send you a monthly Newsletter and Maschil article, and starting in January, (maybe sooner) we want to e-mail you the “prayer-starter” for that day along with the audio of my dear father praying with you. He is working on these recordings although at times it is slow going. Please pray that God will give him the strength and focus to complete this task. I have tried to do the e-mail list in the past without much success but I believe we will be successful this time so please join with us.

I would also like to set up a blog so that we can communicate with each other to discuss our blessings, fears and concerns. The time has come for us to draw together, to fellowship with each other even though we are scattered around the nation and even the world. So, if you want to receive these e-mails and if you have any e-mail addresses in you address book that would appreciate, or at least be open to what we have to offer, please e-mail them to me. Please let them know ahead of time so we won't end up in the trash.

We know that financial hardships have fallen on all of us, that many of you suffer and are afraid. Our debt continues to press on us although we are believing that He will guide us in the steps to rid ourselves of all our debt. Many of you have already heeded His warnings and taken these steps. But, we are not going to tuck our tails and give up. We will fight the good fight until it is finished. Please stand with us in spreading the word, letting the Truth be known in the world today. We need your love, your prayers and your support. Thank you and please know that …we do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
